• Attach in Recruitment Process of the company
• Learn how to do the job announcement, sourcing technique and approaching talent pool
• Learn how to do phone screening and shortlisting technique
• Arrange the interview schedule and a chance to join the interview for operational level positions (Front of the house, Back of the House and other entry level positions)
• Support the administrative tasks in Recruitment
• Assist in data entry which enable R&S Team to consolidate relevant reports
• Learn from R&S team on Exit Interview of operational level positions
